Aida is an armchair designed by Roberto Lazzeroni for Poltrona Frau. Aida blends traditional production techniques with up-to-date materials and effects. Like traditional Poltrona Frau pieces, the seat, made in seasoned beechwood, is sprung with hand-tied steel biconical springs laid on jute belts.
Aida is an armchair designed by Roberto Lazzeroni for Poltrona Frau. Aida blends traditional production techniques with up-to-date materials and effects. Like traditional Poltrona Frau pieces, the seat, made in seasoned beechwood, is sprung with hand-tied steel biconical springs laid on jute belts. The frame of the back and the padding of the seat, in line with the very latest technology, are in moulded polyurethane foam. The upholstery is embellished with a leather or grosgrain border. Alongside the version with Pelle Frau® leather on the outside and fabric on the inside, the armchair can also be completely upholstered with Pelle Frau® leather. Aida is available in a fixed or revolving version. Its base is made of black painted wood fibre.
