Fred Poltrona Frau: The home desk for an elegant private study area.The medium density fibreboard wooden top, with scratch-resistant black paint, is covered with Saddle Leather Extra. A special process creates a single piece with no seam. To strengthen the sense of harmony, the edge is dyed and finished with protective wax. A special craft process allows the front to curve without internal supports. Handmade delicate carvings and cold markings create delicate graphic decorations on its surface. The frame is in wenge coloured solid ash wood with a triangular profile. The same material is also used for the desk drawer, mounted on metal soft-close runners. The front edge is bevelled at 45 degrees for easy opening. The upholstery in Saddle Leather Extra is available in dark brown and camel. Accessories come in galvanised gunmetal with a protective varnish.
