Ouverture designed by Pierluigi Cerri for Poltrona Frau is a sofa with structure in metallic aluminum gray colored steel sections resting on a perforated steel beam. The feet slide along the beam, the relative positioning is therefore flexible. Seat springing obtained with an elastic suspension in nylon canvas and vulcanized rubber. The seat, back and armrest cushions are padded with goose down with a stabilizing insert in polyurethane foam. The upholstery is available in Pelle Frau® leather.
