Designed in 1930, Blevio is a table that Ignazio Gardella (1905-1999) designs and manufactures in a single copy for his family residence, Villa Usuelli in Blevio on Lake Como. It is an extraordinarily harmonious and timeless piece of furniture, which today becomes a collective heritage; capable of condensing in its intrinsic simplicity the purest characteristics of Gardella's project who, already an established architect in the Italian architectural panorama, in those same years built the Sanatorio Vittorio Emanuele III (1928-1938) in Alessandria with its rationalist church, the Laboratory of Hygiene and Prophylaxis (1933-1938) and the Antitubercular Dispensary (1933-1938).
