Palermo is a wood oven, designed exclusively for MiliaShop. The oven is available in the versions built-in or free standing. The external structure of oven is available in two versions:
_ Fuego: External structure in coated steel;
_ Fuego Inox: External structure in stainless steel AISI 304.
The cooking chamber is in stainless steel AISI 304 on 2 levels, equipped with ventilation and illumination. Handles in brushed stainless steel with wooden details and snap closure. Sliding ash drawer with adjustable air intake. Food heater with leaf door. The Palermo model is an exclusive coatings of the Sicily Collection. The ceramic is handmade by the Sicilian ceramist Nino Parrucca, exclusively for MiliaShop.
